OVERVIEW
Learners must make decisions, solve problems, and navigate through the scenario, which helps them apply and reinforce their knowledge and skills in a practical context.
PROCESS
Inspired by a branched-scenario template, I started strategizing by creating an action map, and identified scenarios that includes realistic questions, responses, and reactions. From there I focused on developing this project.
I created storyboard content and visual mockups, which were each reviewed and refined by fellow Instructional Designers.
ACTION MAP
For this project, I research and analyzed interview questions that companies may ask during an interview. From there, I honed in on the most common questions and mapped out different scenarios.
VISUAL MOCKUP
To create this project I used Articulate 360 features and Adobe Stock for background images.
After launching the initial version of the mockup, I collected feedback from other designers and improved items like color contrast and alignment accordingly.
FULL DEVELOPMENT
After applying the feedback I received, I developed the final project. The project uses realistic, contextualized scenarios to engage learners and facilitate active learning in a safe environment.
